Emoni Batesone of the highest-rated players available on the college basketball transfer portal, has narrowed his list of potential suitors to six programs with a decision expected later this summer, according to a report this week by Adam Zagoria. A five-star prospect and the No. 5 player overall in the 2021 recruiting class, according to the 247Sports Composite, Bates played his first season in Memphis under the head coach Penny Hardaway. He is unfazed when attempting jumps with a high degree of difficulty due to his length, quick release, and touch.
